Liquid state NMR spectroscopy; application of 1D and 2D multinuclear NMR methods to investigate structure and intermolecular interactions of organic compounds, supramolecular complexes, natural polymers, electrolytes and sustainable solvents (ionic liquids, deep eutectic solvents, low-melting mixtures); study of molecular transport properties via pulse gradient spin-echo experiments; investigation of local molecular dynamics via nuclear relaxation measurements. Solid state NMR spectroscopy; application to polymers. High resolution magic angle spinning NMR (HR-MAS NMR); applications to study soft-matter; analysis of molecular motion in confined systems, hydrogels, ionogels, eutectogels and crosslinked polymers.
Master theses: available thesis projects for Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Food Engineering and Mathematical Engineering.
Business Service: molecular characterization of synthetic and natural products by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, powder X-ray diffraction, FT-IR spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.
