Current research interests

Scientific activity at the Olfactometric Laboratory of the Politecnico di Milano. Researcher on different aspects of environmental chemical engineering as odour pollution, odour dispersion, industrial process units and environment.

Specialization on problems related to the control and measurement of environmental odour emissions using dynamic olfactometry, chemical analysisis and continuous system as electronic nose in different field (i.e. waste treatment, waste water treatment, oil and gas)

Scientific activity

The research activity led to the publication of several scientific papers in internationsal journals.

Co-author of over 200 publications in journals, books and conferences.

Chair of international scientific committees of conferences on environemntal odour monitoring and control (NOSE conferences) and member of scientific committees of international conferences on odours and VOC (IWA, MKO).

Teaching activity

Teaching activity (lessons and exercises) at Politecnico di Milano, in the courses of Environmental Chemical Engineering (since 2008/2009 to now) and Odour science and Engineering (since 2014-2015 to now).
