Current position

• Assistant Professor (Law 240/2010, “junior”) in the field of Industrial Bioengineering and Bioengineering, Dept. Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering, Politecnico di Milano (since January 2022).
• Affiliated Research Fellow, of Biomechanical Engineering, Delft University of Technology, Netherlands (since September 2020).
• Memberships: European Society of Biomechanics and the Italia chapter of the European Society of Biomechanics (since 2017), Virtual Physiological Human society (since 2020).

• Minimally-invasive procedures modeling (transcatheter aortic valve implantation, thoracic endovascular aortic repair, intra-arterial thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke)
