The Department is governed by the Head of Department, the Department Board and the Department Committee

Head of Department

The Head of Department officially represents the department in all of its activities and is the department’s representative in legal matters.

The Head of Department is supported in his role by the Deputy Head.

Department Board

All decisions concerning the life and activities of the Department are taken by the Department Board, which includes: all Department professors staff, 2 representatives of Temporary Research Fellows,  2 representatives of Ph.D. students, 3 representatives of the Department’s technical/administrative staff and the Department Manager.

Department Committee

The Department Committee supports the activities of the Head of Department and of the Department Board.

It consists of:

- Head of Department
- Deputy Head
- elected members representative of the Gruppi Gestionali
- 1 elected member representative of the technical-administrative staff.

At the meetings of the Department Commitee partecipes 1 member representative of Temporary Researchers.

At the meetings of the Department Commitee partecipes the Department Manager.
