Present Research Activity

biocatalyzed stereoselective syntheses of fragrances, flavors, APIs and natural products. Recently, I developed new multi-enzymatic catalytic systems based on the combination of recombinant enzymes (ene-reductases, alcohol dehydrogenases, transaminases and laccases) suitable for cascade processes.
