The Italian section of the American Concrete Institute (American Concrete Institute Italy Chapter) organizes the "Memorial Award of Prof. Luca Bertolini".

The Award is aimed at who, carrying out research in the field of building materials and their durability in Italian Universities, Institutes or research centers (scholarship holders, research fellows, researchers, etc.), associations and active consortia, and who has distincted for having published a scientific work original, innovative and methodological rigorous and with obvious positive spill-over elements in the same sectors.

The Call for applications for the "Prof. Luca Bertolini Memorial Award 2019" (first edition - year 2019) was issued by the Organizing Committee, composed by professors: Maddalena Carsana (Politecnico di Milano), Luigi Coppola (Università di Bergamo) and Francesca Tittarelli (Università Politecnica delle Marche).
The Jury consists of professors: Maria Chiara Bignozzi (Università di Bologna), Fabio Bolzoni (Politecnico di Milano), Raffaele Cioffi (Università degli Studi di Napoli Parthenope) and Elena Redaelli (Politecnico di Milano).

Requests to participate must be submitted by 31 May 2019.
The winner will be awarded a prize worth € 3000.
