On the 11th October 2023's news edition of "Tg2 Medicina 33" (RAI 2 tv) was broadcast a service dedicated to the prototype of an electronic nose that is capable of detecting a tumour by analysing a urine sample and identifying specific volatile molecules, result of a collaboration between Humanitas and the Department of Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering "Giulio Natta".
