For the cycle Arte e Scienza a comparison between the Chef Davide Oldani and Maurizio Masi, Head of the Department of Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering "Giulio Natta" on the theme of Sustainability of food. At the center of the meeting is the theme of nutrition of the planet, of the fight against waste, of food as an ethical culture, of thinking before buying and before cooking.
