The SOAVE project, funded by Fondazione Cariplo and Innovhub, with the leading Politecnico di Milano and partners SCITEC-CNR and Oleificio Zucchi, aims to develop enzymatic methods to obtain high added value compounds starting from the by-products of the vegetable oil refining process.
