Rome, 14 March 2024 - The Premio America Innovazione ceremony has taken place at the Camera dei Deputati, an award for the innovators behind the best Italian startups promoted by Fondazione Italia USA.

Among the winners LIFT Energy, a Politecnico di Milano’s spin-off born at Department of Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering "Giulio Natta"from the collaboration of Maurizio Sansotera, Luca Magagnin, Eugenio Gibertini and Piergiorgio Marziani (PhD Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering) that has developed an innovative technology to make lithium-metal batteries rechargeable, lighter and more performing than traditional lithium-ion alternatives.
