Abstract:
In the lecture, our contribution to the field of dual photoredox/transition metal catalysis will be presented with a focus on dual copper/benzophenone photocatalyzed processes applied to the functionalization of C(sp3)–H bonds[1,2] Recent work dealing with the use of a highly fluorinated photoredox catalyst combined to chloride ion as hydrogen atom transfer catalyst will be also discussed.
