On 31st October the Rector Ferruccio Resta visited the research group PoliLaPP (Laboratorio di Corrosione dei Materiali P. Pefederri), which deals with the phenomena of corrosion and protection of metallic materials used in natural, civil and industrial environments.

PoliLaPP is specialized in the following activities:

• research in the field of materials corrosion and corrosion prevention
• industrial consultancies and corrosion engineering
• failure analysis and corrosion tests
• customized training courses
