On June 18, 2019, was presented new Laurea Magistrale Programme in Food Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. The University has decided to enrich its educational offer along with 7 companies and key institutions in the sector.
The new Programme, available from the next academic year 2019/2020, will be in English.
The new Laurea Magistrale represents a unique training course at a national level: a container of interdisciplinary and transversal polytechnic skills and know-how that will train food engineers capable of solving problems and innovating the value network of the entire production chain. The course is a response to the requests for innovation stemming from the business world and the need to strengthen an increasingly strategic sector for the economic development of the country.
