Milan, July 23, 2021 - Congratulations to Ludovica Maria Raja and Elia Zama! First students graduated in Food Engineering, the Laurea Magistrale programme (equivalent to Master of Science) of Politecnico di Milano - Coordinator prof. Luigi De Nardo - which intends to develop a new culture of the food industry in Italy to respond to the growing global demand for equitable and sustainable access to healthy, sufficient and nutritious food.

The course, which began during the 2019/2020 academic year, is highly interdisciplinary and involves the collaboration of 7 leading partners in the sector (Unitec, Esselunga, Unilever Italia, Nestlé, Number1, Granarolo, and Goglio), enabling students to gain experience in the field with seminars, technical visits, in-house theses, and internships.
